Mr. Marchetti has a track record of measurable successes across a broad business landscape. He has marketed complex and highly technical products and services to such industries as healthcare, chemical, environmental, transportation, supply chain, pharmaceuticals, technical and telecommunications. He has managed critical business areas including strategic planning, business analysis, ROI, budgeting, proposal writing, project management, product development, logistics, business alliances, distributor networks, sales management and training.

For more than 20 years, he has served on the client side and the vendor side, helping some of the nation’s largest companies develop and implement, effective and measureable, strategic, cross-channel sales and marketing strategies. His vision and experience extends across a broad spectrum of business segments and includes consumer, B-to-B and nonprofit sectors.

He is uniquely qualified and is respected for his advanced knowledge in critical direct marketing channels such as online, offline, creative, email, variable data, campaign analytics, predictive modeling and market segmentation. Additionally, Alex also maintains extensive experience and knowledge of production services such as digital print, direct mail and interactive technologies such as email, web-to-print and PURLS. His attention and focus to ROI and performance analytics set Alex apart from others in his field.

Previously, Mr. Marchetti held senior executive positions in Sales, Marketing and General Management for Fortune 100 companies such as Unocal, Union Pacific, Waste Management, Safety Kleen Corp., SourceLink, Datadirect, Whitestone Marketing, and Det Norske Veritas. He served as Chair of the North American Marketing Council, International Marketing Platform and consultant to the Executive Committee of the International Association Technical Committee for ISO Standards.

With an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management and a BA, with honors, from the University of Illinois, Series 7 & 66 Security Licenses, Georgia Insurance Licenses, Alex possesses a rare combination of business and creative skills. As a publisher, Alex successfully launched the Generators Journal and Strategies and Solutions trade publications.

He is the President of the DMA Atlanta and participates in the AMA, MFSA, PIAG, PCC and Atlanta Ad Club. His energy, enthusiasm and ability to effectively communicate with clients make him uniquely qualified and effective.
