Maribett Varner is one of the founders of BKV Inc. (formerly Bennett Kuhn Varner, Inc), a full service direct response advertising agency. Her role is currently the President of the Atlanta office. A direct marketer for more than 25 years, Maribett has worked previously at Al Paul Lefton (Philadelphia), McCann-Erickson (Atlanta) and Earle Palmer Brown.

Maribett has been the head of Client Services and performed as a lead strategist with clients such as: The Home Depot, AT&T Wireless, Equifax, Save the Children, Dirt Devil, the Salvation Army and GMAC Auto Insurance. She has served as a National Echo judge for the Direct Marketing Association for the last 8 years and has been a presenter at several DMA conferences.

A native of Atlanta, Maribett comes by advertising honestly – her grandfather owned a 4A’s agency where she worked one summer. She graduated from Hollins University with a degree in Russian Studies and is married to John Varner (another native Atlantan!). They have 3 daughters and Maribett serves on several community boards in Atlanta.”
