Thomas N. Mangan joined Acxiom in 2006 as an officer and currently serves as senior vice president of Global Consulting Services reporting to John Meyer, CEO & President of Acxiom. In this position, he is responsible for driving strategic value in the customer information management industry and generating value added solutions for new and existing clients through integrated marketing strategy, advanced analytics & consumer insight, business intelligence, and technology & business process consulting.

Tom brings over 20 years of experience in technology, operations solutions, outsourcing, business transformation and consulting. Prior to joining Acxiom, he was senior vice president, global consulting services for Convergys Corporation for two years. His business background also includes two years with EDS as vice president of the EDS global communications industry group. Prior to EDS, he led the practice of IT Transformation Services as a partner at BearingPoint, Inc. and had previously served as vice president and CIO of Harris Corporation. Tom began his career with General Electric on the information systems and financial management programs, progressing to various levels of management positions within IT and finance.

Tom holds an MBA from Miami University of Ohio and a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems & Quantitative Analysis from the University of Cincinnati. Tom is a graduate of Duke University.
