On your letterhead:
- Tell us about your organization, date of organization etc. and detail your mission (what you do, who you help, etc.)
- Share a recent success story with us regarding one or more of your programs
- Tell us (if selected) how the funds will be used to benefit our community
Please include your contact information:
Organization Name, Contact Name, Address, City, State, Zip
Qualifying Requirements:
- You must be an active nonprofit organization (501 c 3)
- You must submit your application to Aubyn Thomas at least one (1) week prior to the monthly luncheon date (varies each month) via email at (aubyn.thomas@dma-atlanta.com).
